WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LEASING AND FINANCING?
If you are unfamiliar with the difference between these two payment options, we are more than happy to explain the options.
When you finance a MINI vehicle, you generally have to take out an auto loan to cover the entire cost of the vehicle. You will then pay monthly installments to cover the entire cost of the loan. Assuming that you do not sell the vehicle, once you pay off the entire loan the vehicle will be yours – you will own it.
On the other hand, Leasing is slightly different.
Instead of taking out an auto loan, you would instead pay a monthly fee for a certain amount of time. This allows you to drive the car during the life of the lease. You do not own the car, though.
Many people prefer leasing because it can sometimes offer lower monthly payments. Additionally, you do not have to worry about taking out a loan for the car.
