The only reason for the half star deduction is due to the estimated delivery date. Originally was quoted at around 6 weeks and ended up being 13.     "I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change an a hesitation in my acceleration I was told that it needed to stay over night to make sure the acceleration was ok....I come back the next day and my passenger door had a dent in it when I received my car back from the dealership. Needed one new tire. Took about 2.5 hours total for one tire to be swapped out. Since I didn't have an appointment - I didn't mind.     "Kameron knows exactly what he's doing. I went there in July but my warrantee was expired but he try to do his best to make my day better. and I just came back for oil changed last week and again he was my service person. I've never been this happy with the previous mini cooper service before but Kameron did change my perspective of mini cooper service industry... Just blowed away by his customer service professional manner. I would give him 10 stars if I could. and after I met him.
